Transaction Failed - Token Lost

My transaction failed last July 24, I’ve already sent a ticket 2 days ago. Still haven’t heard from support and my tokens (BBB) aren’t reflected back into my account yet.

P.S. I know gas fees are lost even after a failed transaction.


Did you manage to fix it or your ticket got any response?
The same happened to me and I’m wondering if I lost my tokens.
