Transferred tokens somewhere. Not sure if I can recover them

I was trying to connect to the Avalanche chain. Swapped AVAX tokens for THOR and sent my Thor somewhere that I cannot find. I tried connecting my wallet to application and it keeps telling me I am not connect to the avalanche chain. Two issue. Lost my Thor and cannot connect. I would appreciate soem help

You can check your wallet activity on a block explorer to see where you transferred your tokens. Here is more information on our Knowledge Base:

For the wallet connecting issue, first and foremost, please make sure you are interacting with a legitimate application. If your MetaMask wallet is in fact on Avalanche network, I would suggest contacting the team of the application about the issue.
