Trying to send ETH from exchange to metamask wallet

Hi I am trying to send ETH from Crypto.com to Metamask however I keep getting the error message:
“Invalid Wallet address Please check the wallet address or network type and try again” after using the camera to snap the qr code.

I haven’t never used crypto.com before, however it seems you need to whitelist address first before you can send it. Also make sure you are using ECR20 when choosing transfer network! It’s probably that you are choosing wrong network, so set it to ECR20 for ETH. Here’s also link for crptocom instructions: Crypto.com Withdrawal
