I swapped $ROUTE earlier on my mac desktop with the chrome MM extension.
Adding the custom token wasn’t a problem for my desktop.
Adding the custom token on my iOS results in
“Unable to Load Balance”
Clicking on the link on my phone for “Support Article troubleshooting missing balances” ONLY suggests inaccurate/incorrect balances on desktop through the extension— my problem is with my iPhone.
Any clue what’s happening here?

Apologies for the trouble with your account balance. Try resetting your wallet on your mobile app. Please note this will remove all of your transaction history, but will not alter your wallet in any other way.
Please let me know if that doesn’t resolve the issue.

hi there. I’m facing the same issue and reseting my account didn’t resolve the problem. I’d be grateful if someone helped me out
