Unable to send tokens on the extension

We’re currently working to resolve an issue identified on the extension v9.5.0 and v9.5.1.

Users of custom networks (except BSC) will not be able to use the in-app send form. After selecting a recipient address they will see an error screen. We are working to get a fix together and released asap.

Workaround:

  • Refresh the page (or close then re-open the popup extension)
  • Go to the custom RPC form and edit the “Currency Symbol” to be “TESTETH”.
  • The user will now see “TESTETH” everywhere they expect to see the symbol of the currency of their network, however, they will successfully be able to complete a send with the in-app send form.
