Please check on https://arbiscan.io/ by entering your wallet address under token section. You can also try to add USDT contract address to display USDT on MetaMask in arbitrum network https://support.metamask.io/hc/en-us/articles/360015489031-How-to-display-tokens-in-MetaMask

You have to click Import token 
and use this 
Tether USD (USDT) contract address
0xFd086bC7CD5C481DCC9C85ebE478A1C0b69FCbb9
Then your USDT tokens will show up
