I was copied Contract address MetaMask . Con you please guys help me how I recover my USDT to my account Thank you

Unfortunately, there is no guarantee anyone can retrieve your tokens if you sent them to a contract address.
Please refer to the following link for more information in this regard:
If you sent the funds to your own MetaMask wallet address, you can find USDT in your wallet after adding the contract address to the MetaMask.

What network did you use?
Was an amount higher than 1000$?
