Unfortunately, there is no guarantee anyone can retrieve your tokens if you sent them to a contract address.

If you sent the funds to your own MetaMask wallet address, you can find USDT in your wallet after adding the contract address to the MetaMask.
What address did you send it to?

What network did you use?
Was an amount higher than 1000$?
