USDT Kucoin to Metamask - MISSING FUNDS

I made a transfer by withrawing from KuCoin USDT to MetaMask.
I pasted my MetaMask address and the transaction was completed

However, my MetaMask USDT is still ZERO.

Can some one help me what to do?
