I used Metamask to sent Etherium to an Binance account and payed the transaction fee in Matic. The status says success, but the coins never showed up in Binance. After sending a support ticket to Binance they say:
“Dear user, WETH deposit via MATIC network is not supported to retrieve for the moment, we’ll report your case to discuss if tech team can develop this in the future. Please pay attention to token and network next time.”
So the question is where is the tokens since Binance does not accept it, is there any way of getting this back?
