Why my MetaMask closes automatically on mobile when i do some transaction or even in connection. Facing this issue on new version of wallet connect. Can any one help me out with that???

Have you tried using another way to connect to the dapp? Or does the dapp only have wallet connect option? Would you reinstall the app and try again to check if the issue persists? Remember to save your Secret Recovery Phrase on a piece of paper before reinstalling, and to not ever share it with anyone.
