Wrong Address - Binance to Metamask

I have mistakenly sent 1 BNB from my Binance to Metamask to an address of mine but in ETH.
The transaction has been completed but logically I don’t see it.
Is there any way to get it back? I feel very stupid right now.

No need to feel stupid, you should be able to access your tokens by adding the Binance Smart Chain network to your wallet.
