I think you’re referring to network gas fees. Those are paid to the miners who run the Ethereum network, not to us. You can monitor the fluctuations of gas prices using gasnow.org to identify a time when you swap will be cheaper. Unfortunately I haven’t seen swaps under $25 in quite a while. Layer 2 scalability blockchains like Optimism, zkSync, and Arbitrum will solve this this year.
