Yes, I have sent 3 emails and left Notis twice on their website.
Now t is more that two weeks waiting for them
Unfortunate, support in this space does take a while. Would you be able to try using other services or exchanges to purchase eth and transfer it to MetaMask for use in the meantime?

Today, I tried using Transak, but I got this “Your bank declined our attempt to authorise this card”, I called my bank and they say, they do not have any translation from Transak.
I do not know what to do, I need to buy it.
