Problem using WYRE credit purchase

Hi there,

I tried to buy some eht using my card through your associated service wyre, there was a problem and the purchase trowed an error. However they withdraw funds from my card, or the purchase is stock. This happened the 18th of March. My CC provider has the funds frozen for this purchase and they tell me that I should ask WYRE to cancel the transaction at their end.
I cant find any customer service by them. Please can you help me sort this out? WYRE doesn’t have customer service.

Metamask should provide some support for this. I don’t know who to talk to.
