BNB (BSC BEP-20) Sent from Metamask to Kukoin never received

BNB (BSC BEP-20) Sent from Metamask to Kukoin never received as it happened to be today (Nov. 30) when Kukoin suspended BNB tokens deposit and withdrawal. How do I retrieve my BNB? The transaction was successful from Metamask’s end. See below:

There should be a way to reverse or cancel this transaction.

Hey @chainreformer, I would contact the KuCoin team to see how they handled your transaction. Please also keep in mind that all transactions on the blockchain are irreversible.

Hey @XRPGorilla, you can send XRP from an exchange to your hardware wallet just like any other transfer. You would paste your hardware wallet’s address on the exchange you would like to transfer from.

I would also look into more information on your hardware wallet, depending on which one it is, here is some useful information on our Knowledge Base:

Ty for your reply. I understand how to send from an exchange,ie Uphold. My issue is If I put an xrp public address to the MM, I get a msg saying not an authentic eth address. So in short, how do I get xtp token on bsc? Thanks again

To send tokens from network to network, you must use a bridge.
