BNB from Coinspot to metamask

Hi,

im trying to send BNB from Coinspot to MetaMask. I did it on the BEP20 network. I have the Smart chain network on my MetaMask. But its been a day and nothing has come through.
Should i be using BEP2 to transfer?
I did some transactions a month ago that worked but i cant remember which way i did it.

After doing a google search it doesnt sound like Metamask has a telegram account. So i believe this post could be a scam.
