After I integrated my MetaMask to Ledger Nano (yesterday), I noticed that there was some BNB (0.4) on my AVAX chain/address. I did not see those BNBs before. I don’t remember sending BNB to wrong address, but I can see some related activity on bscscan 24 days ago.
I tried to send and convert those BNBs without success.
Is there any way to recover those BNBs, or should I consider them as a lost?

First and foremost, please make sure you are interacting with a legitimate token. It is possible somebody airdropped a fake BNB token to your address as a scam.
If you are trying to swap your BNB on Avalanche to another token, please make sure you have AVAX in your wallet to pay for the gas fees.
