Bnb to metamask issue

i transfer my bnb using binance to my MetaMask. its not showing to my MetaMask the balance please help.

Hello, sorry for the inconvenience. Have you added smart chain on your MetaMask ?

I find out the issue the address that i copy from metamask got change once i paste it by itself. Normally once you click the account the address on metamask just only paste right. My mistake i didn’t double check. But still on side of the binannce team as well they cannot help me.
