My Aunt lives in another state here is the US, I help her with her computer stuff. She wants me to create a Meta-Mask Account and Wallet for her, put some crypto in it (purchased with some USD she sent me) then transfer control of the wallet account to her. Is this possible? How would it be accomplished? Thanks.

Just write down the 12 word recovery phrase of the wallet you make her. Once you have done everything for her, give her the 12 word recovery phrase so she can write it down and put it into Metamask on her side.
If you want to keep it for safe keeping for her or burn the paper afterwards is up to you guys
