Can't secure account

I just made a wallet on mobile and when I try to secure the wallet by entering in my password the keyboard comes up then disappears.

I have sent funds to this wallet and it’s forcing me to secure it but I can’t enter in my password to secure the wallet.

Please tell me there is a way to fix this.

Fixed issue by downloading alternative keyboard application.
