Can't See ETH tokens in MM Wallet

Hi,

Can anyone give me some guidance on this issue.

I transferred Eth from another wallet to MM Account with an Eth address.

The MM account that the Eth was transferred to has two selected tokens, Floki and USDT, both on the Eth Blockchain.

Initially, I saw the total Eth sum populate the MM account, and then shortly disappear. Looking through the MM Wallet, other All Eth Accounts have since disappeared.

How can I recover the Eth and Accounts?

Hi, if you look up your account’s public address on https://etherscan.io/ do you see the tokens at your wallet address? Do you see any possible unauthorized OUT going transactions there?

Yes, the blockchain states the tokens have hit the correct target eth address.

I don’t see any unauthorised transactions. The Blockchain states the transfer is successful.

Is it possible to nudge the tokens to the eth address?

Thanks for post.

I followed the, “How to display tokens” and am not able to access Ethereum tokens to import. Also I checked all other accounts in my wallet and all other Eth addresses have disappeared. Only Eth and not other ERC20 tokens.

I opened the Accounts link to the “View on Explorer” online blockchain and clicked on “Assets”. The Eth is populated in both the “Value” and “Amount” tabs. However, it does not have any details in the “Contract” tab as it is blank.

In the address “Assets” window, It shows FLOKI in the same account and it clearly shows the FLOKI “Contract” address as well as “Value” and “Amount”.

It could be there’s a glitch somewhere in the system. Is there a wallet reset process?
