Cant swap or connect

I tried buy A coin on Uniswap and cafeswap a few times ago but it gave ERROR.Than I tried to connect Julswap today but it said “Please connect to the appropriate Ethereum network.” Why it happens? (ı use main eth network)

Hi,

I tried these steps. I deleted all connected sites on my metamusk that I use on phone and computers. It didnt work. Then I tried with a new browser also it didnt. What should I do?
