Transaction declined but funds debited

I attempted to make an online payment using my MetaMask card, but the transaction was declined. However, the amount was still debited from my wallet.
Hi @daygerd and thanks for reporting this. It would be best if you contact Support team regarding this at https://support.metamask.io/ by using the Contact Support button there.
Once you do, a live chat bot will appear on your screen. It will give you an automated response at first, but insist and you should be able to contact the support team.
