Tried funding predictions said something went wrong try again but money is missing no refund. Went to activity feed says it went through but no money showed up it missing

Hi and thank you for reaching out regarding this issue. It would be best if you would contact our support team at https://support.metamask.io/ by using the Contact Support button there as they will be able to take a more in-depth look at what might have happened exactly.
Once you press Contact Support a live chat bot will appear on your screen. It will give you an automated response at first, but insist and you should be able to contact the support team.
