Create new account button not working Chrome

Chrome extension

• account or hardware wallet button
  choose +add new account,
  put in a name, press create and spinning circle appears under window but does not create a new wallet.

I have been getting around this issue by creating a new account in ios app and then importing into chrome but it is too long winded and want a fix to create more wallets / accounts in my chrome browser ext

• Click the large blue “start a conversation” bubble in the upper middle of page, looks like this:

• This will connect you to a bot at first, answer some questions and it will open a ticket for you with an agent.

Remember - NOBODY, including from support, will ask for your secret recovery phrase or for you to input it onto any website for confirmation.
