Unable to create a new account in my MM (Chrome extension)

To whom it may concern,

I kindly ask you for a help.

A few months ago, I started to have some issues with MM - not being able to create a new account - Chrome extension.

When I try to make it, and enter my desired name, all I get is a one second load and nothing happens next. And just stays on the screen where I need to choose a desired name (‘‘Account 1-2-3-4-…-100’’)
