I just transferred/sent my funds in the form of MON from the MONAD network to my Bybit address. The blockchain explorer shows it as successful, but no funds have been transferred to my Bybit.
This is the transaction ID: {redacted} (monad)
The transaction appears to be interacting with MetaMask: DelegationManage, and I don’t know what it means.
However, I still haven’t received a deposit confirmation from my Bybit.
I need your help. Please.

Hello, please first check your Bybit account address to make sure you sent it to the correct address, and verify that Bybit supports the Monad network. If all of this is correct, try contacting Bybit support because you sent MON tokens to a Bybit address, and they can assist you better. Also, “MetaMask: DelegationManage” means your transaction interacted with a smart contract for delegation management in MetaMask, not a simple transfer.
In addition to what 0xSoltani mentioned above ^
Centralized exchanges have a “confirmations needed” policy before your account is credited. Its a little different for each exchange and network, but essentially they need to see a certain number of blocks confirmed after the one your txn was in before they consider the txn “final.” (protects them from chain reorg/etc)
You’d need to ask the exchange what their finality policy is to estimate how long after a successful onchain txn before its credited to your account.
