Dropped Transaction

Hello,

I can not seem to move my ETH around. Every time i try to transfer it to Coinbase or Wrap it on UniSwap the transaction keep dropping. I have lost about 30 bucks in gas fees canceling and resubmitting transaction.

HELP!

But why dont we get it back? Its fault of the system.
