ETH bought via Transak is still missing after 10 days

Hi Everyone,

10 days ago I bought some Eth via Transak.

The transaction was successful as shown here:

I can see it in Optimistic Ethereum here :

But, when I view in Etherscan, there is no corresponding transaction.

and the fund never make it in my Metamask Wallet.

Can anyone please help me on this, I have emailed both Transak and Metamask support. Transak replied and said they have transferred the Eth, but Metamask still havent reply until today.

Hi Amir @amirshark your ETH not on Ethereum Mainnet network you have to add a network Optimistic Ethereum

Using Optimistic Ethereum with MetaMask

Click Settings - Networks - Add Network

Network Name: Optimistic Ethereum
New RPC URL: https://mainnet.optimism.io
ChainID: 10
Symbol: ETH
Block Explorer URL: https://optimistic.etherscan.io

Click Save button
