My ETH is sitting in what looks like an escrow account.

I have successfully used the ETH Bridge (waxe>>waxp) twice. Normally, the ETH traveled from my Metamask wallet
to what I suspect is an escrow address dedicated to my wax wallet

and immediately went to what I suspect is the magic bridge of voodoo wisdom

This time I sent my ETH before making the Bridge request
Txn Hash : 0xb9.redacted
succeeded and shows my balance in the ?escrow? address, but I don’t know what to do next.
I am told in FAQ to reach out to the recipient address/entity/owner for assistance.
If so, then how do I do that?
and if not, is there anything I can do?
Yes my wallet is current, but I don’t know what you mean by “your starts showing” ?
I can see the balance sitting where it should be sitting, but I cant finish the “ETH bridge”.
i.e. from Metamask ETH >> WaxE >> WaxP >> Wax in my wax cloud wallet.
It is stuck in the first stage where my ETH is sitting in what I suspect is an escrow account.
Who should I talk to? Who supports the bridge process?

First and foremost, please make sure you are interacting with a legitimate bridge application. Keep in mind that there is always risk involved when using any bridge.
Since this issue relates to the bridge you are using, I suggest reaching out to their team.
