I have sent ETH from Binance to MM wallet through ERC20 network, and I still can’t see it reflected in the MM wallet despite being over 3 weeks. Can you help plz? I opened 3 tickets already with support with absolutely no response despite multiple emails. The last support ticket is #640969

The etherscan page shows the correct amount of ETH? You don’t see any OUT transaction there?

Ether scan shows a receipt of ETH on my mm wallet address and another transaction out from my wallet to another address which I have never made and seems automated. Below is the address:

The thing is that the only transaction I made was transfer from Binance to MM wallet on ERC20 network and nothing else, but the funds never really reflected in my wallet and not sure why there is an “out” transaction from my wallet.

and this address owns some scammer 
probably you used a fake MetaMask wallet.
It was a quick action: you received 1.9 ETH 12:19:19 AM and 12:19:34 AM have been sent away…
This address robbed many people
