I sent ETH from CoinBase to my MetaMask wallet and it is not showing up. The transaction on Etherscan shows Success, however my MetaMask balance shows 0.

I also tried purchasing ETH directly from MetaMask and that does not show up in my wallet either.
I have submitted a request for help from MetaMask but it has been 10 days and still no response. Please help.
