Failed transaction [object Object]

I finally got it to work after hours spent troubleshooting:

What I did:

Downloaded Ledger Live from the website (my ledger Live said it was fully up to date but it wasn’t)
I did NOT delete the old one first
Then I got prompted to upgrade to FirmwaRE 2.0.0
UPGRADED all firmware
Downloaded Firefox, cleared all cookies, then created a new MM wallet (will never use the MM wallet, only did this so I could connect my Ledger)
Turned Contract data on in the ledger settings
It worked! But only on Firefox which is really annoying

TLDR: Firefox > Install 9.8.4 Metamask > Connect Ledger

hello, i cant send ETH from my metamask ledger (connected with hardware wallet) to other address account.

Tried everything and it did not work. It finally worked after I turned on not only contract data but also debug data and nonce. So bizarre. Now I have tons of screens to click through, but it is finally working.
