For the love of god fix stuck notifications in MM

Description:
All the time I get prompts “stuck” in MetaMask. I see notification, but nothing comes up automatically, and if I actually then click on MetaMask to drop it down, it shows nothing to click on even though it can have 1,2,3 or more prompts sitting inside it somewhere hidden that you can’t see.

Purpose:
So it doesn’t make me want to neck myself closing and opening the browser 50x or uninstalling/reinstalling until it works.

Extension/Mobile/Both:
desktop - can happen on all browsers - this has been a thing for a while too its not a specific version and still happens in the latest version.

Note how it is showing in the upper right there is a notification, but when I open it, nothing there.

While in this state, nothing can be done, no new prompts will show up, they at best will queue but you will continue to not see them, and not be able to click on any of them.
