FTM token bought on crypto.com (ERC20) transferred to MM wallet. Can see it on etherscan, cannot see it in metamask

FTM token bought on an exchange (ERC20) transferred to MM wallet. Can see it on etherscan, cannot see it in metamask. Added FTM token in MM wallet but the token still doesn’t show up in the account.
Help!
