How to check metamask is opening?

hello everyone ! I’m developing on the MetaMask but i have a issue so that i can’t check MetaMask notification . You can see image below , the currently i have use ethers to develop application . How to i can check MetaMask is opening or check MetaMask notification . Thanks for all feedback !
