How to move MATIC or DFYN from ETH mainnet to MATIC mainnet?

i have my tokens at ETH mainnet and i wanna transfer them to MATIC mainnet, withis same wallet. How to do that ? is it possible ?

In Metamask wallet
I have listed MATIC on (Ethereum Mainnet)
I want to move the above MATIC to MATIC (Matic mainnet)

I also have listed ETH on (Ethereum Mainnet)
I want to move the above ETH on (Ethereum Mainnet) to ETH (Matic mainnet)
There is no ETH listed on Matic mainnet

The issue I see is to transfer - within a single Metamask wallet - from Ethereum mainnet to MATIC mainnet - within the same Metamask wallet.
