How to Restore Ownership of a Solana Account After It Was Taken Over by a Malicious Program?

I mistakenly approved a malicious website using my wallet, and now the Owner field of my Solana account is no longer the System Program. It shows another address, which means the account ownership has been transferred and my wallet no longer controls it.

I still have the recovery/seed phrase, but I cannot move or sell the tokens because the account is effectively hijacked.

Is there any way to change the owner back to the System Program or regain control of the account?
If not, what are the possible solutions or next steps?
