My situation is I intended to send Harmony ONE coin from my Metakask Wallet to my Harmony wallet for staking.
I inadvertently choose an address to Pancake Swap instead of my Harmony address.
Can these tokens be recovered?

Due to the immutable nature of the blockchain. It is not possible to revert any successful transactions.
Always double confirm the receiving address.
You’re welcome to contact Pancake swap’s support to see if there’s any way for them to release the funds (it is not likely). Sending funds into smart contracts like this will often result in token burning.
