I can’t purchase anymore I’ve been trying for some days since I did a transaction with transak and the amount didn’t show up in my wallet. Have you ever guys seen something like that?

What’s the status of the transaction on the blockchain? Have you also checked with the Transak support team about it? Did you use the extension or the app to buy?
Will also share with you these 2 articles that provide info on how the process should go. First one applies to the extension as the 2nd one is a newer process that came with the recent update 5.2.0 for Mobile only!
