I cant login on my Mobile App

TIA for the help - I went to login to my metamask on my phone recently to check my hoge coin balance, and I am unable to get faceID or the password I setup to work.

What should I do?

If I reset my wallet, will I lose my coins?

My login screen simply says “invalid password” and my face id is not doing anything.

Iv just got the same issue Face ID works but it still won’t login into the app so frustrating
