A newbie to this world of virtual wallets and hoping for some help.
I’m unable to access my account. Facial recognition all of a sudden stopped working and my password is also not working. I’ve tried downloading MetaMask to my desktop and for some reason having trouble there too.
The app says “can’t login? You can erase your current wallet and start over”. Will that delete everything and risk losing my money?
