same problem here… And sent eth from other wallet to metamask an hour ago still hasn’t received any

I apologize for the trouble. First, please make sure that your wallet is up to date. Next, try locking your wallet and logging back in. If you account balance still does not appear correctly, please try resetting your wallet.
Please note this remove all of your transaction history, but will not alter your wallet in any other way.
