Metamask biometrics not working

Good morning everyone,
I’m having trouble with my iPhone’s facial recognition, it’s been working fine all the time for about 2 years and it worked this morning as well.
But now I’m forced to enter the password even if the device confirms my face… what should I do?

  • This will connect you to a bot at first, answer some questions and it will open a ticket for you with an agent.

Remember - NOBODY, including from support, will ask for your secret recovery phrase or for you to input it onto any website for confirmation.


Hi @nakedwinnie, thanks for the reply, unfortunately they recently removed the ability to write to an agent and with the replies that are there I do very little

There are no issues in contacting support team. Try going through the bot answers and you will reach a support agent.
