Hello! I have a little problem trying to access my account, I always use my fingerprint to unlock it, so eventually I forgot my password, now when I touch the fingerprint button in the password block, it doesn´t show me the option to put my finger. The secret phrase I had is invalid. And when I go to the support webpage the button to contact the MetaMask people doesn´t appear (I do not have any adblock installed). I hope I made myself clear, english is not my native language. Thank you!

Have you tried to contact the support through another browser or device?
You can also try through the in-built mm browser.

I tried in two different PC with different browsers, what do you mean with in.built mm browser?
