hello how are you, i have a problem with the metamask wallet i changed my phone and when i connected my nft disappeared,the history of my transactions is there, but no longer my caps, I can’t find what the collectible id is,how to recover my nft caps thank you for your help
Hello @olympies Welcome to the Metamask community. You can try checking your account on Etherscan.io and find the collectible ID that way then try to add it back as a customer token.
Hi , ok I add the custom token but i can see all my transaction but no thing else , I see the support article trouble shooting missing balance and I did everything still nothing do you have a another tip please I already try all I can it’s very frustrating

Depending on what collectibles you have, it is possible this item is not displayable by Metamask. You can still use platforms like Opensea and Rariable to interact with them. https://metamask.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360058240151-How-to-interact-with-NFTs-OpenSea-and-Rarible
I understand what you write but 2 day ago I was able to see my nft caps ternoa token on metamask I swap my caps on metamask and since I switch my phone i cant see them on my wallet , tx again for helping me

Nope , I can’t send you screen shot but I see my caps nft token only on the website but i pretty sur i can’t send them in my wallet .
