Opened wallet,deposited soemeth, the computer went off .Now i can't access the wallet

Hi ,i dowloaded metamask fro chrome, then i opened a wallet. I didn’t dowload the phrase,i thought i could do it late. I tranfered some coins to buy an NFt artwork. I won the bid. Then i left home. Now i can’t access my metamask wallet after my computer got restarted. Is there a way i can get back to my account? Thanks
