Problem with logging in, wallet and private password

Hello.
I have a problem with the application. It looks exactly like this:
I turn it on and there is still a loading sign in the middle of the screen. I have my subaccounts there.
The application is updated.
I don’t want to reset the application because of the private keys.
I have a display problem due to an application error.

I also have a second problem:
I have some #DOGEVERSE purchased via BNB from Binance and via payment card. It looks like 40% of the purchase disappeared.
The worst thing is that when logging in (currently not possible), one time it shows the purchase, the other time it shows zero.

Of course I will gladly accept help.

I’d recommend reaching out to the MetaMask team here: https://support.metamask.io/
Click on the “Start a conversation” blue box. This will connect you to a bot at first, answer some questions and it will open a ticket for you with an agent. Keep interacting with the bot until it redirects you to an agent.
