Problems in reinstalling Metamask in app android

I lost access to my account after reinstalling the app in android, I know this is not normal, so I created other accounts for testing and all accounts were lost. All with written keys,
unfortunately I missed some important things :cry::tired_face:

If you have your Secret Recovery Phrase for the wallet, you should be able to regain access to your account.

I have the key, but after reinstalling metamask I can no longer access it with the same key.

Please make sure you are inputting the correct Secret Recovery Phrase for the correct address you are trying to access. Here is some more information on our Knowledge Base:
