What happens is that I sent some money to binance, using pygon and the money was in Daily cop; When making in the application to which I send the money the complaint of not having received, they say that this transaction was confirmed outside the blockchain, I would like to know an alternative to recover my money

First, on-chain transfers are irreversible.
If you add money to Binance, but it does not arrive. The biggest possibility is that the address is wrong or the wrong chain is chosen.
